BIODIVERSITY
is the variety of different types of life found on earth. It is a measure of the variety of organisms present in different ecosystems. This can refer to genetic variation, ecosystem variation, or species variation (number of species) within an area, biome, or planet.

ECO-EFFICIENCY
Producing goods and services with less material or energy; using less resources; using them more
effectively.
RECYCLABLE WASTE
Waste that can be re-used as material or energy production such as: paper, cardboard, metal and energy waste.
RECYCLING
A process of using waste materials for the production of new products to prevent the amount of waste of potentially useful materials. For example, the use of recycled paper in newsprint.
REASONABLE CONSUMPTION
Continued growth of questioning. What is enough for us? What do we really appreciate and need? How can we improve the quality of life while reducing the over consumption?
PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE
Production stages from the raw materials to consumption and to waste accumulation.
(supply of raw materials + transportation + manufacturing + distribution + usage + waste management)
RE-USE OF PRODUCTS
Re-using products or repairing or re-construcing them for re-use that otherwise would have been thrown away.
RECYCLED (secondary) PRODUCT
The product is manufactured from recycled materials such as recycled paper.
