  1. Cut the chili pickles and sun dried tomatoes into a proper size (to eat them easily in one bite or two).
  2. Cut the tofu into small dices.
  3. Assemble the gildas in the sticks. Season with extra virgin olive oil, the fried garlic and hot paprika.
