Mushroom Filled with Walnuts

Serves: 4 Persons
Preparation time: 5 minutes

  1. Remove the stem from the mushrooms and cut it very small.
  2. Bake the empty extracted mushrooms in a dry pan on both sides.
  3. Season them to taste.
  4. Fry the chopped shallot in a little oil.
  5. Add to this the finely chopped stems of the mushrooms.
  6. Add the chopped walnuts.
  7. Fill the mushrooms with this mixture.
  8. Heat the dish for 3 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
  9. Serve the mushrooms on an amuse spoon.
  10. Garnish the mushrooms with fresh herbs.
