Method
- Drain soy yoghurt trough a cloth and sieve.
- Drain yoghurt 12 hours in the fridge.
- Whip the soy whip with both sugars until it is a hard foam.
- Add the yogurt in the whipped soy and mix well.
- Slice the berries and roll them with icing sugar.
- Melt the sugar in a kettle, add nuts, cook them until they are golden brown and let cool down on a baking tray.
Recommendations
For caramelized nuts you may use any nuts or almonds you prefer.
