Soy Whip with Berries and Caramelized Nuts

Ingredients

Method
  1. Drain soy yoghurt trough a cloth and sieve.
  2. Drain yoghurt 12 hours in the fridge.
  3. Whip the soy whip with both sugars until it is a hard foam.
  4. Add the yogurt in the whipped soy and mix well.
  5. Slice the berries and roll them with icing sugar.
  6. Melt the sugar in a kettle, add nuts, cook them until they are golden brown and let cool down on a baking tray.
Recommendations

For caramelized nuts you may use any nuts or almonds you prefer.
