Grasshoppes in Chocolate with Sea Salt and Waffles with Buffalo

Method
- Melt the Chocolate in a Bain marie.
- Remove the grasshoppers legs and wings.
- Hold the Grasshopper at the tail end and move the grasshopper through the melted chocolate. Serve the remaining chocolate with the waffles.
- Place the grasshoppers on the grid and sprinkle the grasshoppers with sea salt.
- Seive the flour, salt, cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
- Make a dimple in the middle and break the eggs in one by one.
- Stir them into a thick batter.
- Dilute the batter gradually with the milk and the melted butter until it is thin and fairly liquid.
- Dilute it even more with lukewarm water if necessary.
- Grease a waffle iron and fill it with batter.
- Bake the waffles quickly, always stir the batter before filling of the waffle iron.
- Sweeten the whipped cream with sugar. Spray the whipped cream next to the waffle.
- Sprinkle the waffle with powdered sugar and/or cinnamon to taste.
Recommendations
Hot waffles are most delicious. Serve the waffles with mint, blueberries and strawberries.
