Ingredients

*Heura is a product that comes from the soya beans.

Method
  1. Prepare the skewers with the cherry tomatoes, heura, red pepper, courgette and the mushrooms (all previously cut into dices).
  2. Grill the Pita bread and the skewers with a little bit of olive oil and salt.
  3. Serve with a green salad, Tzatziki sauce and lime zest.
