- 400 g Heura*, cut into dices
- 400 g Red pepper, cut into dices
- 80 g Cherry tomato
- 200 g Champignons, cut into dices
- 400 g Chopped batavia lettuce
- 4 units Pita bread
- 50 g Lime
- 200 g Courgette, cut into dices
- 250 g Tzatziki
*Heura is a product that comes from the soya beans.
- Prepare the skewers with the cherry tomatoes, heura, red pepper, courgette and the mushrooms (all previously cut into dices).
- Grill the Pita bread and the skewers with a little bit of olive oil and salt.
- Serve with a green salad, Tzatziki sauce and lime zest.
